Policies

• A guarantee of guest attendance is required nine (9) days prior to the event. 
• This number may not be reduced after submission. 
• This number may be increased up to five (5) days prior to the event. 
• We will prepare enough food for 5% over the guaranteed number.
• Balance is due 5 days before your event.
• No changes may be made after balance is paid, 6 days before event.
• Lunch must be ordered with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
• Minimum lunch order of ten guests.
